This easy to care for plant loves lots of direct sun. Indirect sunlight leads to wide spread "leaves" and causes an undesirable appearance. Starting a new plant is simple. Take a leaf/nodule and place it on soil or on the window sill and new sprouts will soon follow. I have had my best results with a steady fertilizer regiment by adding fertilizer stakes once a month and fertilizing with a basic generic houseplant fertilizer once a month. Plant seems to reduce the amount of soil in the pot at a fast pace so adding soil may be occasionally required.

There is a variation of Sedum morganianum sometimes called Sedum Burrito with shorter stems and shorter, rounder leaves, rather than the more pointed leaves. Seems to be questions of whether S. Burrito is a cultivator of S. morganianum or another species. Both are nice plants for sunny locations.
