Description: Curley parsley is most noted for it's use in Tabouli, a mideastern dish. It's also great for those of us with halitosis ( bad breath ) as you can simply pinch off a branch and chew it to make your presence among others more pleasant!! Often it is used as a decorative element by cooks in presenting the dish and is intended as an ornamental. Don't ignore it though as it's a delightful after meal mint to lighten up the dining experience if you simply chew on it.
