    hi terry here,i have aloe vera plants in the garden,orange flowers!can i take internally as a medicine?or is this aloe the wrong kind for medicinal use? thanks in advance,.terry.

    Make sure you have Aloe Vera, that is the medicinal one. People in Asia have been eating it for hundreds of years to increase their resistance to disease.
    As a medicine to cure what ails you it might not be quick so regular medicines are probably best. But taking it daily like you would vitamin C or Echinacea
    is supposed to help strengthen your immune system.

    You cut a small chunk off the leaf, no more than you will eat at one time, peel off the green skin and squish the gel into your morning juice. I haven't eaten any yet, but have been reading up on it.
