    Daniel— That is a Knautia macedonica. You mean the second down from the top, right?

    Tried Stokesia a few times and it has never survived here. In our last place, Knautia was an absolute seed thug, but here again it does not grow. Different gardens different plants.

    Palu— I also notice that the Knautia seeds out very easily, but over here it is not out of line.

    We saw a couple on a roundabout here today. Very unusual as they are normally seen in the fields.
