Callisia fragrans (basket plant,) appropriately named for its' fragrant blooms. Potted up with trellis to come inside this winter, usually I put these in hanging pots. Here's an update... The pot is rotated from the last pic. Usually by now a lot of the rosettes would be growing a flower stalk, but I had to put this by a north window this winter, where there's no direct sun. In previous yrs, it's had better winter spots. GeorgiaPeach, welcome! A friend gave me a piece. If you haven't found any by fall, I'll be giving away my extras again, for postage. Never heard of this being spotted in a store, but u never know.
