Is there a natural treatment for curling fruit tree leaves?

Its a plum tree, yet to fruit, and the leaves are curled and sticky with a white powdery looking residue.

PP--that could be a powdery sort of aphid. Look very closely.
If it is lice then you can clip the ends of the new growth that they are on and spray the rest of the branches with soapy water. You will need to do this for a few days.

***You can also add a dash of white spirits to the soapy water.

    Good luck!

Can you take some pics please ? Sound like an aphid of some sort or whiteflies. If you are wanting an organic treatment go to the dollar store and buy cat flea spray by Sergeants. The active ingredient is pyrethrin which is made from chrysanthemums and is approved for organics. Make sure its the cat spray.
You can use about 2 or 3 tbsp per gallon of water and spray your trees well. That should take care of the little beasties. Might take 2 treatments if there are many of them about 5 days apart.
