I have a very cute obese cat, but she has a dry skin and dandruff. I don't know what to do. I frequently bath her and shampoo and after I rinse her I spray a light oils on her. But nothing is change. Do I go to vet? Any ideas for a dandruff in my pets.

I would check with the Vet. There could be an underlying cause if the dandruff is a sudden occurrence.

I would take gardenmama's advice and go to you vet - always best to see a professional about these kind of problems.

I would definetly go to the vet. Are you bathing her to often? Maybe it is drying out the natural oils.

My old mama cat did that too and I had to buy better quality cat food. Now she gets a can of wet food to supplement her dry food.
    Love those kitties!

I would go to the vet for sure. Why are you bathing her so often? Or more to the point how often is "often"?

    Good luck!

Vet for sure. With kitties, many things come out in the form of itchies. Chances are it is nothing some good canned food will take care of but you should be sure. Maybe whatever you are bathing her with is irritating to her skin?
