Even though the thread is four years old, Ronni's insights about anxiety remain relevant and valuable. Anxiety is a topic that continues to affect many people, and sharing experiences like Ronni did can provide support and understanding to others who may come across this thread in the future.
If you or anyone you know is still exploring options to manage anxiety, it's worth considering alternatives which have gained popularity for their potential relaxation benefits. However, it's crucial to remember that seeking professional advice and support is essential when dealing with mental health concerns, regardless of when the discussion takes place.

Since having both hips replaced and one done twice at an early age I cannot run, a lot of movements are very different. Experienced a crazy man a few years ago tried to grab me at a parking lot when I was loading my car with goods. I realized I could not run or twist turn fast enough to get away and some other guy noticed the incident and pushed the crazy idiot off me. Since then I have panic attacks.. lots of anxiety around a lot of people. I do have techniques to help control my attacks and lately they have been a lot worse due to illness in the family and the loss my son .
Really gardening is my therapy and it helps better than anything else. Gardening has been a life saving hobby turned therapy.

No … but like aromatherapy very much… I don’t take any pills for any medical condition.

It's understandable that you're dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, given these circumstances. It's great to hear that gardening has become your therapy and provides you with a sense of solace.

Finding activities that bring comfort and peace is essential for managing anxiety. You're not alone in this journey, and it's commendable that you've developed techniques to cope with your panic attacks. Remember, it's okay to seek professional help if needed, as therapy can provide valuable support. Anxiety used to be a big struggle for me. I've been fighting it for 3 years, and I've learned something. First, meditating. Helps a lot, especially after a tough long day. Second, working with a specialist.

It's always difficult to admit your problem, but the faster you accept it, the faster you get rid of it. Also, I sometimes take Delta 9 gummies for better sleep - https://joyorganics.com/products/delta-9-gummies-blackberry-lime/. Hope this helps.
