The cold and the snow wouldn't put me off with the amount of wildlife there is to see. I'll wrap up well and come prepared with a hot drink and my camera.
Not a place I'd want to visit since I live in a cold area to begin with.... but it would be worth bundling up to see what you see through your camera lens. I feel sorry for the birds and critters that have to try and survive though the cold times.
