    Haha, sorry to stump everyone.

Well, another question. All of these garden beds are lined. I think its a fabric but it could be plastic. This thought didn't occur to me till just now and I can't check on it. Obviously I have 5 billion weeds, do I need to just rip all the liner out and start fresh? I mean, I'm going to have to tear quite a bit to get the weeds dug up properly.

If I do rip it up, is it possible to line everything again even with the plants already established? This might be a dumb question but as we have established, I'm new at this =)

I'd rip it all out. Spend the time now... or spend it later pulling weed after weed after weed.
Plus the liner may be deteroriated... with new liner you know what it is and how long to expect it to last. And you can put the liner around existing plants.
