question about peppers??

    what pot size would be best for my peppers?? i have quite a variety, some sweet and some hot. when i tried a chilli pepper last year in quite a large pot it got to a decent size but all my flowers just fell from the plant. please help :-D

    Canada... Its a dry cold.
    Pepper plants can be quite large. Many up to 8 feet or higher. From my research I have heard that a 12 inch pot is ideal.

    I don't think the flowers falling off is related to pot size though. I have the same problem with my habaneros and they are growing hydroponically. Whereas the cayenne and cueresmeños right next to it are doing fine. In my case, I think its a nutrient imbalance, not sure if you are having the same problem though.

    thanks masket. i'll give them a go in 12 inch pots and see how i get on. any other sound advice when it comes to growing peppers?? :-D
