Strawberry / Jalapeno Jelly.

    Needed something to do. Strawberries and jalapenos came from my freezer. It tastes really good. BUT I have one problem with it. The jelly is all from the same batch. The larger jars set and the smaller ones did not. Can anyone explain to me why?

    How much head room did you leave in the smaller jars? I have read that less headroom means it takes longer for the jelly to set.

    No clue unless what Toni said is correct. Never heard of it not jelling from same batch.
