Two images from the lagoon.

    Took these two pics a day or two ago. Found out the the first one, western sandpiper, is the first sighting this year. The other that was in the sea has not been identified yet.

    Still waiting to get an ID on this one. Not a House sparrow or a House finch as it is probably some sea bird

    That's a lovely shot of the Sandpiper but I can't see an individual bird in your second shot I'm afraid.

    I just thought I would have a bit of fun with this house that was sailing bye as I couldn't see if it was on a barge. It was a dull day, if it had been sunny, the mountains in the background would have been visible. A choppier sea would of helped also, just a wave or two.

    You got me!! :rolleyes: I was straining my eyes trying to make out some sort of bird to ID but couldn't. :smt053

    I thought you missed it. I tried with the HOUSE sparrow and the HOUSE finch, so I put in the post about the sea etc. Thanks for trying.
