I hope this photo has taken. This is our prospective garden. As you can see (or can't) it's overgrown with jungle foliage. That tree on the right has got go or at least well pruned.

You have quite a challenge on your hands. However when it's all tamed just imagine sitting there in the sun and relaxing. It may take a while but it will be , oh so, worth it.

By the way I agree that the tree should go or be severely cut back.
