Important Tip - Watering Your Planters

Category: Container Gardening | Posted: Fri Jun 12, 2009 12:41 pm

Now that we have all these wonderful garden planters and urns filled with beautiful plants, they need caring. Firstly, be sure to check them every day, the soil dries out quickly and they need more water than garden or in ground plantings. Just stick your finger into the soil and if it is dry, then time to water.

I dont have to use the finger method.......Mine dry so fast I can see it all now.

You will then just have to install our self watering planter conversion kit - it really works. We had the same problem with the wind and sun and now the watering is manageable. The other way is to install the drip system, kind of complicated but it works!!!
