What is this shrub's name? The city of sulphur cut it down in my yard it was to close to the road. I had just lived here a short time before a drunk driving a u=haul crashed into my house I was living in. It was a hit and run. I would like to know it name, I want to buy me one...

It could possibly be a Red Leaf Photinia.
