popular What are you having for dinner ??

I had to look this up L. I've never heard of plaice before, or a jacket potato. Sounds like a lovely dinner.

Used to alternate with bacon and egg every other week but like the plaice better.

 

Tonight it was chook in garlic and black bean saus over rice.

 

Shephard's pie tonight. I use cauliflower whipped with cream cheese and egg yolk baked on top instead of potato. Hubby says he doesn't miss the mashed potatoe on top...bless his fibbing little heart.

 

I want to try a proper hotpot dinner but do not really know where to start?

Since DW has decided to make cake donuts I told her to save the oil and I will make her kettle chips. So something, something, kettlechips. Maybe fish?

We have a fishy curry (lots of prawns) with penne to make a pasta bake.

 

This has my taste buds going Sjoerd. I have some greek yogurt that needs a home - it may have a date.

 

Pork Schnitzel, mushroom brandy mustard sauce, swiss chard and spaetzle.

 

We make that very same meal now and then. You make me drool.
Greek yoghurt. Mmmmmmm. Lekker.

Belay that last supper menu— we are going to have Penang chook with Swiss chard (thanks Mel) and Jasmin rice.
