    I had to look this up L. I've never heard of plaice before, or a jacket potato. Sounds like a lovely dinner. :)

    Shephard's pie tonight. I use cauliflower whipped with cream cheese and egg yolk baked on top instead of potato. Hubby says he doesn't miss the mashed potatoe on top...bless his fibbing little heart. :D:heart:

    Since DW has decided to make cake donuts I told her to save the oil and I will make her kettle chips. So something, something, kettlechips. Maybe fish?

    Greek yoghurt. Mmmmmmm. Lekker.

    Belay that last supper menu— we are going to have Penang chook with Swiss chard (thanks Mel) and Jasmin rice.
    A chef can change her mind at will apparently.
