    Possibly Mis-Labelled Aralia (Polycias sp.) ?

    Try looking under Dizygotheca or False Aralia. It appears to be a variegated form of False Aralia. Very pretty.

    The first one appears to be Fiddle-leaf Fig Ficus lyrata. The second a varigated rubber tree plant.Variegated Rubber Tree Ficus Elastica.
