Are they meant to be dead-headed? I planted a couple of the blue variety this spring, they flowered, I dead-headed them and no flowers ever came...

Planted a couple honeysuckle vines in mid-June. They looked fine until I planted them. Care tag said sun-part shade, so they should be okay there....
