Saw these growing in the plant nursery a few days ago, they actually are very good at repelling unwanted insects from your garden - Of course, I don't want any insects getting into my machinery, (specially during precision metal working). So that's where these marigolds are right now doing an excellent job, (around my outdoor tool post)! They are such a happy flower. I always try to have some around in the summer. I love the fragrance. I know some people dislike it but I think is smells sweet and earthy :-D
