we didn't get our root cellar finished this year, so am buzy canning a bunch of carrots they were getting 'wimpy' and still have a bunch of apple...
i got a saucer sled early for Christmas yesterday. i used it for the first time this morning to take water and feed down the hill to the duck pen...
i have the last batch of toms turned red up in our loft to can today too mg! i've never canned this late before either!

hey all! it's 24F here and we have sunshine! so nice to wake up and not have to shovel snow. we have about 2 plus feet on the ground now....
