That's amazing, we have a pair of wood pigeons nesting in one of our apple trees about 8 ft away from our house. We do get doves but not nesting.

Sjoerd yes it's a verbena bonariences and i grew it from seed. Never had any luck with self sown ones even though i leave the old flowers on them.
