Just realised we are having Salmon steaks for dinner this evening.
Many years ago (like 53) when we lived in Mid Wales the hotel used to buy fresh Dyffi Salmon to serve to the guests. Now that was something else....
We have Salmon on a regular basis. Always tastes good. Never put anything on it though, just gently cooked in a little butter.

It is a species, either P. obovata or P. mascula. Not sure which. Found part of the label. It is P mascula ssp. ross something.
