Went to my local nursery and purchased four purple coneflowers. They looks so nice when planted in bunches. One of my favorite perennials. :stew1:
I have to agree with carolyn it looks like leaf burn to me too.
My advice to you is no matter how frustrating it can get....never give up.

Very cool. We set a box after my oldest field trip where they talk about bluebirds. Sadly no takers.
