Barb, the Crape Myrtles are everywhere around here. If you see a house without at least 3 or 4... there's something wrong! This first one to bloom...
Thanks everyone. I, too, am loving that Blue Butterfly Bush. I showed the photos to a co-worker and she wanted me to cut off some of the blooms...
Good memory Jerry. I thought it looked familiar for some reason.
How long before you can plant in those areas?
Happy Friday morning. We got just under an half inch of rain yesterday and just a trace amount overnight. Just enough to give everybody a little...
The other day, upon returning home from work, I had all kinds of "firsts". It started with spotting this White Dogwood tree my "good" brother...
How did you kill the grass?
Great job on that butterfly. I'm sure it will brighten any place in your garden.
They look too pretty to eat :stew2:
I love seeing them all. Please continue to post them. You have such a wide variety!
Well I'll be darn! Guess I ought to looking into adding some of those to my lily bed(s)! Thanks Don for "forcing" me to buy more daylilies!
Happy Thursday morning. Still hot here but that front that was north of here is scheduled to move through this afternoon with a 40% chance of rain...
None here. :'( But I'm happy for those who did get some of that wet stuff. :-D
Any plants named Cheryl? I doubt it. :'(
Wonder if this will take of it's over-heating problem?
Great story and even greater photo! :stew2:
I can't help with the ID.... but it sure is beautiful!
Your "broom" impresses me more and more. I saw one earlier this year in one of the nurseries. Not sure if it's the same as yours (probably not)......
Blissful... I have a "shrimp plant" and it does resemble shrimp... but these look nothing like an oyster. Wonder how they got their name? Maybe...
I certainly can see why it's a favorite!
