I think the 3rd photo is Phlox, but it is hard to see the foliage. Is it this? Phlox paniculata (Garden Phlox, Perennial Phlox)

Your Rose is definitely in shock and the drooping is normal. Keep it well watered and it should spring back - but it may take a while.
I'm not sure exactly what they are, but I always get them from the (wet) manure pile. They are some type of fungus I think.

Wonderful photos Gail! I love the way my gardens look when its foggy but the photos never seem to turn out the same.
I have no problems getting new Coneflowers to grow. I do it the same way your friend does...stick them in the ground and cover them up.
They don't make things to last anymore because then no one would need to buy a new one! Sad but true ... the mighty $$ strikes again.
