Sounds like a wonderful selection of veggies. Corn looks a lot like thick grass blades when it grows. Good luck!
Hi darcymac :smt006 Welcome to Gardenstew from southern Ontario!
Good Monday morning all. Currently -1°C but sunny. There is a thick layer of frost this morning and I sure hope this is the last time!...
I agree. It sounds like you prepared the are well so keep them watered and they should be fine.
How cool Barb! Those Allium's look really nice. Poppy~you can show all your flowers in our members gallery. We love pictures!
I agree. Blue Salvia is my favorite annual :)
Sounds wonderful EJ! I'm glad I don't have to remind you to take your camera  Any plant in particular you are looking for?
My first thought was Virginia Creeper.
The last 3 are Hosta, Hydrangea, and Spiraea. The first looks familiar but just can't place it right now.
I enjoyed that too :)
Oh wow...I've never seen one like that either. It's gorgeous!
Very nice Glenda. I like that Mimosa too...I've never seen their blooms.
Sherry, I'm not sure I understand your question, but I wouldn't describe the blooms as flat. daisybeans, that is Cushion Spurge Euphorbia...
Your gardens look fabulous Sherry! I never tire of Tulips :)
Very pretty shots playtime! I can almost smell that Rose bloom...do you know which Rose it is?
The pink blooming trees are some very old flowering crab apple trees I think. The Apple trees will be starting to bloom soon too :D
Good Sunday morning all. Currently just 3°C and VERY windy! I may just brave the cold and wind to get some preparation done in the veggie...
Beautiful blooms and your patio looks fantastic! I really love your red Penstemon...I'll be looking for some of that my next trip to a garden...
Thanks for sharing your day with us Sjoerd. So...what plants did you buy at the market??
Very cool that you found that Rhododendron with your Mom's name daisybeans! I hope it flourishes for you :)
