There are many different varieties of Ivy, but this one does appear to be Hedera helix (Common Ivy, English Ivy) as Eileen said.
Trout-wing is another colloquial name for the Angel-wing Begonia.....so yeah, they are the same plant. :wink:

There is a dwarf variety of the Angelwing Begonia, that could be what you have.
Sure looks like the third one down at the bottom of Begonia coccinea (Angel Wing Begonia)
