    Step-by-Step Garden DIY. A.& G. Bridgewater.

I don't know if this title has been recommended elsewhere, but it is a good book for projects. Even if you decide not to create the same features, there is enough information and illustrations supplied to give ideas. Although I haven't pursued any of the projects described in the book, I think it is a handy title to have around as a practical guide to how to go about making such items. :)

Now that sounds just like a book Ian would enjoy. Must have a look around for a copy. :)

Not sure if it is the best book for ideas on these subjects, but as it states that it is project-related, well, it was good enough for me. Certainly a book that I like having in my collection. :)
