It's a beautiful day today, but the cold -19°C temperature is a bitter reminder of how far away spring really is for me.

Yep lots snow you have there, good thing you don't have any place you have to go it will take a while to dig your car out.
So should I say that our temp will be around 70 tomorrow and 80 on Thursday? Didn't think so ;)

One can say all they want about the bad aspects of snow but you have to agree it can add a touch of beauty to almost any landscape. Gorgeous photos Netty!

Wonderful piccies Netty but I can almost feel the cold from here. It's hard to believe that spring will ever appear when you have temperatures as low as -19C!!!

Snow does make things look so pretty. It is twinkling as though dusted with glitter. Before you know it, spring will have sprung and we will all be moaning about watering and weeding!

Great Pictures Netty. I'm also ready for Spring even though it does not get that cold here. The rest of the week and weekend is supposed to be in the high 70's. I've already started a bunch of seeds in my Mini greenhouse. Keep warm thoughts and stay warm. :-D [/b]

awesome! Love your house! Is it near a city or town of some sort? If not, hope you stashed your cupboards full of food before the snow fell ;-)

We are rural, but the nearest store is only 10 minutes away. But I always keep the cupboards stocked this time of year ;)
