Plants are beginning to jump out of the ground. Here’s today’s blossoms

Two varieties of the same plant. Notable difference in color.

This variety is an abundant reproducer from Spain (or Europe) I researched it years ago and forgotten the variety. They are impossible to get rid of in my locality. Not that I try since I moved a wheelbarrow full that were pushing the pavers up to along the fencing in my wild back lot. They can move stones, pavers and bury perennials, but I do enjoy them. Unfortunately I don’t think they would do well in your region otherwise I’d send you a box full.

Another set of weeds, fern leaf bleeding heart (almost a native, but not quite) and grape hyacinth (lots in the pavers in the front yard where the soil is sandy. A4AC0D07-89C7-4FA1-9D12-C630B9BE49AE.jpeg

    Wonderful series of foto's.
It was thrilling to see your variety. I especially liked the Trillium. That brought back memories, for when my Bride and I were living in the U.S. we hiked quite a bit when we had some free time. This one time we hiked out in some woods in Appalachia and there were Trilliums in blooooooooooooom, meid !! The floor of the woods were covered with them, hundreds of 'em. It is a sight that I shall never forget.
