    When the Titanic left England on it's maiden voyage to the U.S. in it's hold was a shipment of 55,ooo glass jars of French Mayonaise for trans-shipment to Mexico. Unfortunately that went to the bottom of the ocean with the rest of the ship.
    The government of Mexico was so upset with this great disaster, they named a major Holiday to commemorate the tradgedy. They named May 5th as Cinco de Mayo !
