Almost That Time!!! Seed Starting Time!!

I have a glassed in back porch, but every time I try to start from seed something happens that gives such a set back. My tomatoes got sun scalded , but are in recovery. I watered into a tray yesterday and this morning three of my green bean plants are drowned. I have 100 onion sets out in the bright sun and they need to get in the ground NOW!. On the back porch I have cabbage, green beans, tomatoes, lettuce, straight neck squash and kale. I need to sow turnips.

 

It's March 30th and if you don't have your seeds growing, you are late! My onions are doing so well, if I don't get them planted soon they are going to bulb out right there in the tray. I have tomatoes, Kale, cabbage, bush beans and squash growing in pots on the back porch. In spite of that I will probably wind up buying more. I need to sow turnips for sure.
