I had to reverse because I encountered a car on a dirt track and I reversed through brambles and nettles and somehow the nettles got stuck between the rim and the tire and now it hisses.

Wow. That'll be a pain to take the tire off the rim, clean it out & reset it.
This is a new one for me.

The ones you have must be different from ours ! Ours are only dangerous if you wear shorts in the garden and happen to rub against one ! We do have a few types of brambles that can flatten a tire quickly !
