" Swampland" in a very different format it should open in a slideshow and you can pause to read then click play again to turn the page. https://www.dropbox.com/s/fddt2t5ighpg7cn/Swampland.wmv?dl=0
A very heart warming story Susie. I have saved it and will remember to read it to my niece when she gets a little older. This what I pictured while reading it:
You have a real flair for story telling Susie. I've forwarded this to a friend (hope you don't mind) as I think her children will love it as much as I did.
Thank you both for your kind comments and by all means forward, forward, forward, after all what's the point of writing if not to share? LOL
Thank you so much Susie. I've taken you at your word and forwarded it to everyone I know who has children (and even some that don't!!)
Eileen have you read my Christmas Story for kids? many, many folks have forwarded that one and some have contacted me to tell me they printed it out for their grands etc. especially nice before Christmas kind of a little cyber gift. This is in another format and after opened can also be viewed as a slideshow, which appears larger, I edited this story and added many more pics. which most kids enjoy. https://www.dropbox.com/s/drjsnr2lfwb79sk/Christmas Story for kids of all ages.odp?dl=0
I did read it Susie but it's so much better now it has all those extra pictures. I'm going to save it and then send it out as a little gift to my friend's children and grandchildren. I just wish that more parents would read to their kids instead of sitting them in front of a TV. My own used to love the stories I made up and looked forward to getting books for Christmas and birthdays and, you know what, they still do!!
Thanks, I did try to place the pics. to go along with the story, since little people are very visual and it helps them a lot.
