Ants in the garden

    Yes I agree Vincent but it’s when they enter the house it’s a different scenario. I had loads last year coming in at ground level and the window level. On my settee, literally tons of them. They were like something out of Hitchcock film. It took bleach to kill them, I then found were they were coming in and got council to re plaster. Touch wood that’s the end, non this summer except under pots outside.

    Hi @kate when I lived at home with my parents in their one property you couldn't see the living room carpet for Ants that's how bad it was but my dad found them coming mainly from by the patio door frames...so to make sure they got some paper plates and added sweet stuff to it (Can't quite remember what it was now) but they soon zoomed in on them...my dad removed both frames of the doors either side as they was wood and both parts carried nests...once removed they soon went.
