We picked beans, corn, and zucchini this morning. So far I've canned 8 pints green beans, grated several zucchini for freezing and stuffed four 8-ball zucchini with meatloaf. I'm fixing hamburger steaks, fried zucchini and corn on the cob for dinner. Not what I would call a healthy meal but it sure sounds good.
Sounds delicious! I have been busy canning beans too, and today I will be canning more. I love summer and having fresh produce from the garden
