I'm considering getting this lovely weed killer
Oh, what I could do with that!!
The cacti saw you coming and hid
That's not a bad space, and I may possibly put some of my perennials on there
Guess what I found in there this evening
Yeah, and there is space for more
All full up now
Austrocylindropuntia floccosa outside today enjoying some winter sunshine They come from way up the mountains in the Andean High Plateau where it drops to minus 15 Celcius overnight. The long hairs protect them from the high ultraviolet as well as the cold.
Tetters, so where are your plants now then? I hope Zigs has allowed some space.
Don't worry Eileen, they are still up on the staging. He put all the nasty prickly things down on the bed so that he could cover them if -and when necessary, from frost.
My plants are a bit tougher - they'll be fine
He's obviously got a kind heart where you are concerned. Or maybe he's just scared of the consequences if he touched your plants.
That's anybody's guess Eileen .....
....but why would he be scared?
Good one Tetters!!
I've put Tetters Cymbidium in the cactus house @eileen
It looked lonely there so I snuggled it up with a few cacti
