I have been out the last few days, and have not seen the little turquoise blue bird again. Ill keep my eye out for him. He would photograph so nicely.
His body was a bright blue turquoise, same with his wings and head. He was about the size of small sparrow.. I was not able to see is belly. He was in high grass when I spotted him, them he flew away. This is what it looked like; https://nationalzoo.si.edu/migratory-birds/news/stellar-migrant
