Our platform feeder is so popular with the birds that sometimes a line forms.

I feed on the ground so don`t have lines but,,, I have the cleanest sparrows in Texas ! Just don`t understand why they have to take a sand bath before hitting the water !

Great piccy, Jane. Those birds are so interesting to see, especially the red one.
We have queues as well...but the line-ees are a different breed of waiters-in-the-wings.

We were taking a breather yesterday and took this snapshot of the tits on our feeder, a couple of meters away.

They do not like going inside the feeder when another bird is in there. It has resulted in wing-ti-cuffs in the past....so they wait their turn.

Several of the species breakfast at our feeder. Some argue. some wait in the nearby Firebush. Others dash in in an effort to dislodge the current
perch sitter. Beneath the feeder sits the most chubby Squirrel ever. Fatso refuses to share and frightens any interlopers away.
