Hi all, We have just learned that Cajunbelle (aka Sharon Bowlin), a very long time GardenStew member is in Hospice care. She has her family and favorite music with her and is as comfortable as possible. Whether you know her or not I am sure that her family would be comforted by prayers, good thoughts or a simple "thank you for a life well lived" offered up in her name. Thanks, Toni
So very sad to hear about Cajunbelle's condition. She is one of the original active posters here on GardenStew with a speciality for daylilies. I will be keeping her in my thoughts today Toni, thanks for informing us.
Cajunbelle was already an active member here when I discovered Gardenstew. She was such a wealth of knowledge and so friendly and probably one of the reasons I joined. Her family had been through a lot ... they were hard hit during Hurricane Katrina. She is a hard worker, and always saw the good in everyone, and would give the shirt off her back for someone in need. Prayers and good thoughts to Cajunbelle and her family
I think of Cajunbelle fairly often and wonder how she is doing.. Thank you, Toni, for the news about her.. I pray now for her and her family!! Hank
Sharon was a real friend to many here even although we never actually met her. She will always be remembered. Our thoughts are with her and her family.
Although I don't know Cajunbelle my thoughts and prayers are with her and also her family...so sorry to hear about this for a long term member.
My dear condolences for Cajunbelle and she's now resting in a better place free from pain and suffering.
