I am going to write it down for later. It is pretty busy here at the moment, but I promise that we will try it.

Today I made batches of TWO kinds of cookies LOL. The first was the "standby" peanut butter cookies, yum!

The second was a recipe from a flour package, Lemon Sugar Cookies. They were sugar. flour, egg, butter, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, zest from one lemon and lemon juice from that lemon. Recipe link.

These were yummy! Flavor and texture similar to Madelines but easier to make. Almost a cake-like texture, but I think the lemon flavor was stronger than Madelines. I will make again.

I wonder if I could make similar, but instead of lemon use those little Mandarine oranges or tangerine. I imagine it will need similar acidity so they rise the same. Or maybe, use a lime instead of the lemon...

Lemon Zucchini (Courgette, or Vegetable Marrows to Hercule Poirot).

Not bad. Moist, a little chewy. Very lemony.

What a daring chef you are.
They do look good to me though especially with that drizzle over the top.
