Cornbread/tarragon stuffed salmon

    Sojerd said that the mention of this dish had him drooling. so here is the recipe. It's easy, although the hardest part is getting the whole salmon.

    That is not a one to three lb. salmon, it is one, three lb. salmon.

    It seems so easy, but sounds ten times more tasty than the simplicity of the recipe.

    Yeah !! Find a three lb. salmon here or a 1 lb salmon ! That would be magic !

    Mart, HEB near us has frozen salmon in various sizes. We cooked one tonight, and last Monday picked up another. I like to keep one in the freezer, although you can use the fresh salmon from the meat area and just pile the stuffing on top. We've done both, and there really isn't much of a difference. If you are piling the stuffing on top, make it a little more damp since the salmon juices won't be seeping in.

    We have no HEB or anything else good ! I can get a filet but thats it !
