Look at these zombies staggering down the hill at Hyde Hall!! ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )
Scarecrows around here tend to vanish mysteriously when put out in the fields - never to be seen again. Maybe they've all gone to Hyde Hall for a scarecrow get together. lol:
It makes me think of a Christo exhibition. An invasion of scarecrows. Do you think that they move about during the night when no one can see them?
Here are my angels posing with these zombies. Every year they have a scarecrow weekend, but they don't advertise it very well and we always miss it. However, the zombies will stand in this meadow for a month or 2. I fear it must Droopy. And Sjoerd, the children and I talked and laughed a lot about what the scarecrows got up to after everyone had left and the gates were locked. ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )
Heh heh heh...EJ--have you ever heard of a cartoonist called Gary Larson? He made a few books with collections of his cartoons. Some of them featured what cows do when people aren´t around. Oh me-oh my...It´s a bizarre sort of humour that just tickles my funny bone. You might like it too.
