Hi! Since I moved out from my home I became a lover of cooking and experimenting in kitchen. As I like reading recipe books, I stumble across the topic about edible flowers. The spring came and the gardening season started too, so I thought that edible flowers would be a perfect addition to my dishes and there could be a lot of fun with growing them. Maybe there is someone who use to grow this kind of plants and add them in the kitchen. I am open to your tips and recommendations what flowers are the best!
Calendula, violets and nasturtiums have always been my go to flowers because they self sow in my garden. Check out this site for some more descriptive info and selection https://whatscookingamerica.net/EdibleFlowers/EdibleFlowersMain.htm. Happy playing in the kitchen
