These are to eat now and not for Christmas, i'll do more later. These are the foil cases greeced and pastry in.

This is the cut pastry after i used the first 12 bases.
IMG_20221125_145312_(864_x_1536_pixel).jpg The mince meat in and the tops, I brushed the tops with milk and sprinkled caster sugar on it. The mince meat had use by 2015 on lid but i bought it a few years before and is still ok, put a bit of sherry in but not a lot because there would be too much and run out when cooking.

Yum! Do you need my current address? I don't want them to be mailed to someone else by mistake!

I think that they'll be too delicate to mail them, but thanks.

My brother and his wife are vegetarian, one year at Christmas they had curried cauliflower bake. In the 70s i went to stay with them for a week and i had millet rissoles, it was very nice but at the time i could only think of bird seed.
