A few weeks ago I cleaned a bit of garlic and put it in a container to refrigerate ! It was a bit old when I did it but waste not, want not ! Yesterday i was going to use it in a recipe and lo and behold it had sprouts and roots ! I cut both ends off and had no idea it would still develop roots ! Wonder if it will still grow ? I removed the outer hulls and cut both ends ! Any ideas ?
I am sure it will grow, specially now when summer isn't to far away. It has already proven it's resilience! Some plants are actually very hard to kill. Like weeds, which too are not so easy to get rid of... Garlic is indeed one such type of plant - Same is the case with most root vegetables, specially carrots!
