This looks so nice. can anybody identify it? This is how it looks while opening : Edit: Photo no longer exists And this is how it looks a little bigger-the ones in between the strawberry plants: Edit: Photo no longer exists
Me too ZZP. Tina, be sure to post when they bloom and maybe someone will be able to identify which lily it is.
Oh Lilies!!! What should I do now? They are all in between the strawberry bushes. Should I clean up the area? How do I take care of these? I did'nt plant these so I don't even know what to do now!! Please help.
Yep lilies,Let them do their own thing they will bloom probably.I would not mess with them if it were me If you do they may noyt bloom. They look healthy.
Oh yes, Lilies are a wonderful surprise, they may be Orientals or Asiatics, the flowers will reveal more. I agree with Glenda, I'd just let them grow and flower this year, then you can decide if you like them where they are growing, or if you'd like to transplant them to another spot. If you do decide to move them, you'll want to wait until all of the foliage (not just the flowers) are dieing back, possibly in the fall sometime, though a few of mine go dormant in the heat of summer. The strawberry plants shouldn't be a problem, you can leave them or pull them out, as you see fit. In short, ENJOY! :-D
