Grilled/baked/broiled Jalapeno's......

    core the jalapeno's-

    one package of room temperature cream cheese

    two heaping dollops of sour cream

    1/2 large onion 1 clove of garlic (I use 2)

    fresh cilantro to taste

    bacon, did I say bacon? Yes, bacon, as much as you want!

    Mix the sour cream and cream cheese, add finely chopped/minced cilantro

    add super finely minced onion and garlic. I use a food processor and keep pureeing until the stuff is almost liquid

    Add bacon, crispy and crumbled, how much? how much do you want? :D

    stuff peppers

    bake/grill/broil at a relatively low temp (250-275F) until peppers soften

    Eat while warm or chill for a surprise texture and flavor

    calories are automatically removed because the recipe came from the 'stew'.
