What a wonderful development. I think that some of that pride can be directed at yourself. Mate, its just another credential to add to your burgeoning stockpile. You gave this lady the ball and she ran with it. Now she is making a difference. Chapeau.
Sjoerd, you are too kind. All I did was help one lady. She is going out and helping dozens, all on her own!
One person helps another person = dozens being helped. This aspect of gardening is not one that is talked about a lot, but I find it so important. That passing on of ideas, and the hope of stimulating especially younger folks or people new to gardening to go on and develop a lifelong love of gardening and to pursue the aspects that interest them.
That's so wonderful! I'm proud of YOU for making time for her, showing her, and converting her. And now she's converting others in a healthy way. Well done!
